What is 'Staircasing'?

'Staircasing' refers to the process of increasing the percentage share that you own of your property. You can do this bit by bit or buy all of the remaining shares in your property all at once, but however you choose to do it we can help guide you through the process.

The price of any additional shares are calculated at the time of your application based on the market value of your property, therefore you will need one of our RICS Accredited Valuation Reports to show your property's market value.
